Named the "Liberator" by the R.A.F., it is a four-engine, high wing, all-metal monoplane incorporating the new high-speed "Davis" air-foil. With armor plating, self-sealing fuel tanks, a to speed of over 335 m.p.h., a range of 3,000 miles, a bomb capacity of about four tons, and bristling with guns, it is the world's most efficient long range heavy bombing plane."
